Wiremind is seeking a Senior Tech Leader to own the technical vision across frontend and backend, coordinating product, engineering, and leadership teams in Paris. You will define scalable architecture and drive key technical decisions while coaching the team and maintaining hands-on involvement on the most challenging parts of the codebase.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven track record leading fullstack teams in demanding environments.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align product, technical teams, and business priorities.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain a global architecture vision (frontend + backend).
• Own key technical decisions: refactoring, scalability, trade-offs between new features and technical debt.
• Support and coach existing technical leads and developers; lead by example with hands-on coding on critical areas.
