Wiremind in Paris is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to take technical leadership for Cayzn, our revenue management solution for transport. You will guide architecture and delivery, collaborating with Product Owner, Data Scientists and Platform teams to ship scalable features for international clients.

You should have a strong backend focus (Python) with frontend capability, experience mentoring engineers, and excellent communication to align technical decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer on large codebases.
• Mentored or managed a small team of software engineers.
• Strong backend (Python) and frontend (Next.js or equivalent) capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own architecture of the business rules engine, including parsing and evaluation.
• Design and develop backend and, when needed, frontend features.
• Make technical decisions on refactoring, scaling and debt reduction.
• Improve operations: monitoring, alerts, performance and incidents.
