Job summary

Wiremind is seeking a seasoned engineering leader to own Software Engineering and IT & Security, overseeing ~80 engineers across multiple product lines (CAYZN, PAXONE, EVENTORI) and aligning with CTO's technical vision.

You will shape the engineering organization, establish scalable processes, and drive AI agents integration while maintaining close collaboration with product and executives. Hybrid work model and international collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and leading large software organizations.
• Proven track record delivering multi-product programs and budgets.
• Experience driving AI tooling adoption in engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Software Engineering and IT & Security teams, budgets and delivery.
• Lead Heads of Software Engineering and IT & Security; report to CTO.
• Shape organization, career ladders, hiring, and budgetary decisions.
