Job summary

Wiremind in Paris seeks a Lead Software Engineer to own the business rules engine architecture and drive backend and frontend work for Cayzn, our Revenue Management solution.

You will collaborate with Product Owner, Data Scientists and Platform teams to build scalable features for international clients, while remaining hands-on about 70% of your time. A hybrid policy and Paris offices underpin excellent growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Software Engineer on a large codebase with contributors.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team of software engineers.
• Strong backend-first mindset with frontend ownership (Next.js or equivalent).
• Good communication skills, able to align technical decisions with business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of the business rules engine: rule language, parsing, evaluation and performance at scale.
• Design and develop efficient code for backend and frontend when needed.
• Make technical decisions about refactoring, scalability and debt.
• Stay hands-on: around 70% of time on development.
