Job summary

Wiremind is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for Cayzn, its advanced Revenue Management Solution for transport. You will own the business rules engine and drive backend and frontend delivery for international clients, balancing refactoring with feature work.

You will mentor teammates, stay hands-on, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Platform teams to ship reliable, scalable capabilities. This role offers hybrid work in Paris and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with Python or a similar backend language on a large codebase.
• Strong fullstack background with a backend-first mindset and frontend ownership.
• Native or fluent level in French.
• Experience mentoring or managing a small team of software engineers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with Product and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture of the business rules engine: parsing, evaluation and performance at scale.
• Design and develop backend and frontend code as needed.
• Lead technical decisions and manage refactoring and debt.
• Improve operational quality: monitoring, alerting, and incident follow-up.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Data Scientists to deliver features.
• Mentor developers and share knowledge; 70% coding time.
