Zusammenfassung

Wiremind, a Paris-based technical SaaS company, seeks a leader to unify Software Engineering and IT & Security into one high-performing organization. You will report to the CTO, guide budgets, and enable engineering leaders to scale across multiple products.

You will work with 80 engineers across several teams, shaping the technical vision, architecture, and hiring strategies while promoting a culture of learning and experimentation.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years managing managers in an org of 50+ engineers.
• Built processes for growing engineering org: delivery, reviews, ladders, hiring, budget.
• Led adoption of AI coding agents in an engineering team.
• Owned an infrastructure or engineering budget and reported to an executive committee or board.
• Stays technical: can read code and discuss architecture with principal engineers.
• Bonus: experience with B2B SaaS, revenue management, transportation or ticketing.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead Software Engineering and IT & Security teams; manage people, processes and budgets.
• Ensure alignment with CTO on technical vision, strategy and research agenda.
• Heads of Engineering and IT & Security report to you; build the org accordingly.
• Maintain credibility with engineers by technical oversight and architecture reviews.
• Drive AI adoption across engineering and non-tech teams to boost productivity.
• Shape culture, leadership development, and career paths for engineers and managers.
