Ambrosia at Beaulieu Marina in Nice is seeking several Chefs de Rang for a seasonal contract starting mid-April 2025. You will present the menu, advise customers, take orders and serve food and drinks, contributing to a high‑end dining experience.

We value strong customer service, energy, teamwork, and a good level of English. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position and be ready to join a dynamic service team.

We are looking for several Chefs de Rang (M/F) for a seasonal contract to be the key players in our service team.

Position starts in mid-April 2025.

Your role is to:

• Present the menu
• Advise the customers
• Take orders
• Serve food and drinks

You:

• Have a strong sense of customer service
• Are dynamic and a team player
• Have expertise in fish filleting
• Have a good level of English
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
