• Superviser et soutenir les Commis de Rang.
• Répondre aux demandes des clients et maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction.
• Maintenir des standards élevés de présentation, de propreté et d’organisation.

Chef de Rang – Hotel Valrose, Rougemont

As a Chef de Rang, you are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience by delivering attentive, professional and personalised service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage your assigned section independently and efficiently
• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable menu and wine recommendations
• Take orders and ensure smooth, attentive service throughout the dining experience
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure seamless operations
• Supervise, guide and support the Commis de Rang
• Respond to guest requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain excellent standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation

Your Profile :

You are experienced, service-oriented and professionally presented, with excellent communication and organisational skills. You remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for hospitality. A good command of French and English is required; additional language skills are considered an asset.
