Job summary

Four Seasons in Megève is seeking a Chef De Partie to supervise the culinary brigade and ensure consistent, high-quality dishes for guest orders. You will lead Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, and Trainees, set up your section, and manage production and storage under a Sous-Chef.

The role offers a 39-hour seasonal contract with meals per shift, staff housing allowance, and other staff perks. Fluency in French and English and legal right to work in France are required.

Qualifications

• Previous similar working experience.
• Must have the legal right to work in France and fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis, Trainees.
• Carry out and ensure the set-up of the section under supervision.
• Manage production and product storage.
• Place merchandise orders according to activity levels.
• Role may require adaptation to high-activity situations and customer relationships.
