AXA Partners is seeking a Change Manager to join the Change & Operations Improvement team. You will drive faster adoption, utilisation, and ROI for changes impacting employees, and lead the change roadmap, communications, and training programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor adoption metrics, and ensure the program delivers expected benefits in a global insurance services context. English fluency is required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have degree or equivalent and a professional change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
• Experience in designing and implementing people-related and strategic transformation projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Drive faster adoption and value realization of changes across the organization.
• Develop and manage change roadmap and plan for structured implementation.
• Create and execute communications strategies to inform and engage stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training programs to support adoption and usage.
• Assess impacts and risks of change initiatives and monitor user adoption.
