Ski Famille Ltd. is seeking an energetic Hotel Shift Supervisor to lead hospitality teams during the seasonal chalet hotel operation in France. You will ensure high service standards, manage costs, and support the Assistant Hotel Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, organising rosters, training, promoting sales, and maintaining hygiene across all areas. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, including housekeeping and restaurant service.
• Seasonal hospitality experience is desirable.
• Flexible and capable of working varied hours.

Responsabilités

• Supervise hotel/General Assistants to deliver guest experiences.
• Lead staff training and development to maximise performance.
• Manage daily rota and supervise housekeeping and restaurant services.
• Promote incremental sales and maintain hygiene standards across the hotel.
• Assist with weekly paperwork and end-of-season tasks.
