European Space Agency (ESA) seeks a Head of the CFO Strategy and Coordination Office in Paris to drive strategic coordination, implement end-to-end processes, and enhance data integrity across the CFO Directorate. You will oversee analytics, reporting, and digitalisation efforts to enable informed decision-making and improved project procurement outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams, liaise with the CDIO and other departments, and shape a coherent CFO message while fostering performance

Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant domain is required for this post.
10 years of relevant professional experience is expected.
Experience in organisational transformation and end-to-end process improvement is essential.

Responsabilités

Coordinate CFO internal and external communication and prepare key documents for meetings.
Provide policy and strategy support to the Director of Controlling, Finance and Operational Procurement.
Lead a Directorate-wide approach to efficiency measures with KPI reporting for decision support.
Oversee end-to-end process frameworks, data integrity and secure information management.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and harmonise reporting dashboards across the Directorate.
