European Space Agency in Paris seeks a strategic Head of the Industrial Policy and Auditing Department to lead policy coherence and audit activities across ESA programmes. You will oversee industrial policy, governance, and economic evaluations while coordinating with industry, Member States, and EU partners.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 15 years of experience, with strong leadership, analytical, and international collaboration capabilities to advance ESA’s industrial ecosystem.

• 15 years of relevant professional experience are required.
• Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.

Responsabilités

• Foster relationships with the European space industry and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and implement the Agency’s industrial policy across programmes.
• Define and manage the geographical return policy and contractual analyses.
• Prepare reviews of geographical distribution of contracts and provide policy recommendations.
• Collaborate with Member States and EU institutions to ensure policy alignment.
• Develop and implement industrial cost audit policies and evaluate industrial costs.
