The European Space Agency seeks a Head of the CFO Strategy and Coordination Office to drive strategic coordination and effective management of the Directorate, with a focus on process review, simplification and digitalisation.

You will coordinate across the CFO Directorate to ensure a consistent message and strategy, oversee end‑to‑end processes, deliver reliable analytics and secure information management to enable informed decision making and improved performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading large teams and managing strategic change initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP-based ERP systems and data analytics.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate CFO Directorate strategy, governance and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end processes and ensure data integrity for decision support.
• Provide policy and strategy support to the Director and manage KPI reporting.
