Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years in Business Operations or equivalent leadership roles.
- Experience owning operating rhythms, OKRs, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Proven track record in cross‑time‑zone leadership across distributed teams.
- Experience applying AI tools to streamline processes and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the company operating cadence, OKRs, weekly reviews and reporting.
- Translate CEO priorities into actionable operational plans and timelines.
- Prepare data-driven materials for CEO with insights, risks, and trade-offs.
- Lead resolution of escalations and ensure timely outcomes with cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR on budgets, headcount, and resource allocation.
- Oversee compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) and security initiatives.
- Drive AI adoption across the organization to automate workflows.
- Shape scalable processes and organizational structure for growth.
