Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years directly related experience.
• RN license in NH or other compact state.
• CPR certification or within 90 days of hire; certification in clinical area or nursing management within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, supervision, and evaluation of Cardiac Rehabilitation staff.
• Assist in development and oversight of the Cardiac Rehabilitation operating budget.
• Lead AACVPR certification efforts and ensure accreditation standards are met.
