Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a perioperative or ambulatory surgical setting.
• A minimum of five years of inpatient nursing experience and two years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinical workflow across Ambulatory Surgery, PACU and Endoscopy.
• Leads staff development, compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manages governance, performance appraisals and collaborates with Human Resources on staffing and competencies.
