Job summary

Servier in France invites a Campus Transformation Program Director to lead the end-to-end transformation of Campus #ServierGidy, a strategic site with 1,000 collaborators and a key role across Manufacturing, R&D, Real Estate, HR, Finance, CSR, Legal and Corporate Functions.

You will shape program strategy, establish governance, drive value realization, manage budgets and milestones, chair committees, and guide change management while engaging stakeholders at all levels to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience leading complex transformation programs.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or industrial sectors is a strong asset.
• Master’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Campus ServierGidy transformation program.
• Establish and sustain program governance and operating models.
• Define and evolve roles, processes, and ways of working per GTPO standards.
• Ensure delivery against quality, cost, delivery, and resource objectives.
• Monitor value creation and benefits realization; report to governance bodies.
