Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Up to 2 years of HR/recruiting experience (internships/student work/full-time).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks.
• Ownership and accountability for end product with a proactive mindset.
• Willingness to travel to major recruiting events as needed.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end recruiting for campus talent for France offices.
• Be based in Paris and work with the France Recruiting Team.
• Organize virtual and in-person interviews with collaboration from recruiting administration.
• Develop and deliver virtual and in-person recruiting events with career services and student groups.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align recruiting strategy and analyze relevant data.
• Grow responsibilities as experience increases.
