Joko is recruiting a Campaign & CRM Intern to help bring major commercial moments to life across push, email, and in‑app channels. You will collaborate with Brand, B2B, and Product teams to deliver personalized experiences, blending creativity with data and AI tools.

The role targets a 6‑month internship, with native French and proficient English required, and a passion for user-centric messaging in a fast‑growing, European team based in Paris or Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business or communications with a marketing focus.
• 6‑month internship period in marketing or CRM.
• Native-level French and proficient English, both written and spoken.
• User-centric mindset with interest in data and automation.
• Proactive, collaborative, and fast to learn in a dynamic team.

Responsabilités

• Plan and launch B2C campaigns (push, email, in‑app) with Brand and B2B teams based on the campaign calendar.
• Own homepage merchandising assets (XL Banner, Animated Banner, Merchant Slider) for optimal deals.
• Contribute to content creation with Brand team and AI tools, from ideation to production.
• Support flagship campaigns (Black Friday/seasonal sales) across all touchpoints.
• Analyze performance, run A/B tests, and translate data into actionable improvements.
