Work With Island is seeking a proactive apprentice to join the Direct Sales France team in Paris. You will build and manage your own pipeline, proactively hunting new leads and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle with autonomy.
You will re-engage dormant accounts, qualify deals with senior team members, and maintain momentum with proactive follow-ups. A hunter mindset, strong communication, and fluency in French and English are essential in this fast-paced role.
As a member of the Direct Sales France team, you will work in close collaboration with Laurine, our Sales Manager Direct France, to boost our commercial engine. Your goal: ensure high-quality follow-up for a rapidly expanding account portfolio while actively hunting for new partner accounts to drive our business growth.
Building and managing your own pipeline: You will support the sales team by generating new business opportunities (outbound) and gradually taking over the full sales cycle. This role is designed for someone who wants to be fully autonomous, especially during periods with lower inbound leads, by creating their own success through proactive hunting.
Beyond pure acquisition, you will play a strategic support role by warming up existing accounts and qualifying high-potential deals for our senior Sales members.
This apprenticeship is perfect for those who want a 360° view of the sales profession, from the first “cold call” to the final signature.

Turn cold or old leads into fresh business opportunities through consistent and creative reminders.
Mobility package
Swile meal card: €9/day
2–3 sports sessions/month
Regular team events & a company retreat
Referral bonus
Master’s degree student (Business School or equivalent), preferably in your final year (M2)
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or business development (internship or apprenticeship)
A true “hunter” mindset: you are not afraid of the phone and are motivated by achieving quantitative targets
Mastery of sales/negotiation techniques and ability to quickly master and navigate tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Notion, Canva, and social selling platforms like LinkedIn
Excellent verbal and written communication, autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of customer service
