Singulart is seeking a Business Developer to be the first human contact for artists seeking to grow their careers. You will convert hot leads into subscribers, match artists with the best plan, and surface market insights to improve the product and playbook.

You’ll work with a fast-growing, international team in a dog-friendly Paris office, using CRM tools to manage a lively pipeline and drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French; additional language a strong plus (Italian/German/Spanish).
• Proven experience in sales or prospecting.
• Excellent communication, empathy and relationship-building.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and remotely, but collaborative.
• CRM tools familiarity is a plus.

We're looking for someone who's fluent in both English and French ; another language would be a strong plus (Italian, German or Spanish)

Your role

As a Business Developer, you're at the heart of Singulart's commercial engine. You're often the first human point of contact between Singulart and artists looking to grow their careers.

Your goal

• Convert hot leads into Singulart subscribers
• Match each artist with the plan that best fits their needs and career stage
• Surface insights from the field to continuously improve our product and our playbook

Your day-to-day

Business development

• Reach out to qualified leads through calls and emails
• Pitch Singulart's paid subscription plans, addressing artists’ questions and objections
• Match each artist with the plan that best fits their needs and career stage

Build trust

• Build trust over the phone and via email, balancing confidence with empathy
• Understand each artist’s challenges and priorities to support them over time

Performance & pipeline management

• Track your activity and pipeline in the CRM
• Share strategic feedback on artists’ needs, market trends and the competition
• Continuously refine our sales techniques to improve your conversion rate

What we're looking for

YOU LOVE SALES!

• You're not afraid to pitch, convince and close
• Results-oriented, organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
• A people person: an excellent communicator, very comfortable on the phone and in writing
• Empathetic and patient, quick to understand what your interlocutor needs
• Self-starter with team spirit: proactive and capable of working independently, but you also thrive collaboratively
• A first experience in sales (ideally remote / over the phone) is great but not mandatory; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Fluent in English (our working language), plus French, Italian, German or Spanish
