GXO Logistics seeks an Implementation Support Specialist to drive WMS deployments across Continental and Central Europe. You will train local users, align requirements with IT and operations, and provide hands-on support before, during and after go-live in a hybrid European role.

You will work with Blue Yonder BY Discrete or BY Cognitive, support go-lives, and help design shop-floor processes while traveling across Europe to multiple GXO locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a WMS implementation, key user, or operational systems support.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder BY Discrete or BY Cognitive.
• Operational and warehouse knowledge with IT process understanding.
• Experience training key users and end users.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Basic project management knowledge.
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Go-live implementation support with hands-on activities and issue resolution.
• Training and enablement for local key users and end users on Blue Yonder.
• Capture, define and translate requirements with IT and operations.
• WMS troubleshooting and support with escalation to EU IT or vendors as needed.
• Contribute to functional designs, blueprints and work instructions for shop floor use.
• Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement post go-live.
