GXO Logistics is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to drive WMS implementations across Europe, acting as the link between operations, IT and site teams. The role centers on BY Discrete/Cognitive deployments, training local users and aligning requirements with central IT and operations.

You will design and deliver structured training, troubleshoot issues during and after go-live, and contribute to process designs and continuous improvement, with regular travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a WMS implementation, key user, or operational systems support.

Responsabilités

• Go-live implementation support: provide hands-on support during WMS go-lives and ensure smooth cutover.
