GXO Logistics seeks an Implementation and Turnaround Manager to drive WMS implementations across Continental and Central Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure seamless WMS integration with operational goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with focus on WMS.
• Strong WMS knowledge: Reflex/Web, JDA, Manhattan or similar.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Support on implementations: act as IT counterpart for local teams.
• Lead IT workstreams, align with operational objectives.
• Assess WMS design and implementation plans; perform gap analysis.
• Oversee WMS projects and change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Design WMS processes with operations, IT and customers.
• Lead training for warehouse staff and management on WMS.
• Drive continuous WMS improvements and best practices.
• Use WMS data to monitor metrics and drive decisions.
