GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to lead WMS deployments across Continental and Central Europe. You will bridge operations, IT, and local sites, ensuring Blue Yonder solutions are deployed smoothly and adopted effectively.

You will train local users, align requirements with IT and operations, and provide hands-on post-go-live support. A hybrid role with frequent travel across Europe and a focus on continuous improvement awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Blue Yonder BY Discrete or BY Cognitive in WMS deployments.
• Strong collaboration with IT, operations and site teams during go-lives.
• Project management basics and cross-functional training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Go-live support and hands-on WMS go-lives assistance across Europe.
• Design and deliver structured training for local users and end users.
• Capture and align requirements with IT and operations teams.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues and coordinate with central EU IT teams and vendors.
• Contribute to functional designs, blueprints and shop-floor best practices.
• Monitor metrics post-go-live and drive continuous improvements.
