GXO Logistics in Europe seeks an Implementation and Turnaround Manager to drive WMS implementations across Continental and Central Europe. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize warehouse processes, and ensure seamless WMS integration with operational goals while traveling around Europe.

You will assess WMS designs, manage change initiatives, and oversee project delivery with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, IT Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations with a focus on WMS implementation and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Reflex (Web), JDA, Manhattan or other leading WMS platforms) and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Support on Implementations: Act as the primary IT counterpart during implementations or business turnarounds.
• Implementations & Projects Reviews: Assess WMS design plans and perform gap analyses to drive corrective actions.
• Project & Change Management: Oversee WMS projects and change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Process Design for WMS: Collaborate with operations, IT, and customers to design and roll out WMS blueprints.
