Job summary
Jobgether SRL in France seeks a VP Fund Management to lead the creation, launch, and growth of an institutional Bitcoin-denominated investment fund. You will own investment strategy, portfolio construction, risk framework, investor relations, and regulatory governance from the ground up in a global, remote-first environment.

Qualifications
- Senior management experience in asset management with P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record raising capital for institutional funds (>$100M AUM).
- Deep Bitcoin and DeFi expertise with risk-managed investment approach.
Responsibilities
- Define investment strategy and asset allocation.
- Build and manage the investment portfolio across BTC-collateralized lending, market-neutral and yield strategies.
- Lead due diligence on counterparties, custodians, venues, and risk controls.
- Oversee portfolio performance reporting denominated in Bitcoin.
- Establish and implement risk management framework with governance alignment.
- Manage liquidity and redemptions to meet investor terms and preserve stability.
- Lead fundraising and investor relations with foundations, ecosystem funds, and institutional allocators.
