Qualifications
- 10+ years in asset management, credit, or trading with P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record managing a regulated investment fund or institutional mandate.
- Deep knowledge of Bitcoin markets, BTC-collateralized lending, derivatives, and DeFi.
- Experience with fund offering documents, NAV, valuation policies, and regulatory reporting.
Responsibilities
- Define investment strategy, asset allocation, and risk controls.
- Build and manage an institutional-grade Bitcoin fund portfolio.
- Lead due diligence on counterparties, custodians, and trading venues.
- Oversee portfolio performance and reporting denominated in Bitcoin.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance with directors and auditors.
- Lead fundraising and investor relations to raise capital targets.
- Coordinate with external service providers and fund administrators.
