Job summary

Jce Biotechnology is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to act as the central link between customers and internal teams within a regulated biotechnology environment. You will manage projects across commercial, technical and financial fronts to meet customer needs while safeguarding profitability and brand integrity.

The role involves coordinating proposal reviews, tracking orders, and leading kickoff reviews, ensuring delivery through to FAT support with Quality.

Qualifications

• Requires rigorous, independent and results-oriented approach.
• Experience in industrial project management in biotechnology or pharma environments.
• Strong ability to manage technical, commercial and financial project aspects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer specifications considering internal standards and capabilities.
• Organize and lead Proposal Reviews and draft technical, commercial and financial proposals.
• Assess technical, organizational and financial impacts of projects.
• Track orders and invoicing with sales and Industrial Management.
• Lead Kick-off Reviews and coordinate internal teams through delivery.
• Act as main customer contact, ensure communications traceability, participate in FAT with Quality.
• Provide regular reporting on performance indicators, costs and deadlines.
