Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP applied to bioprocesses and injectable manufacturing.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with Quality by Design and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the industrialization strategy for new products and tech transfers.
• Coordinate R&D and production teams; write protocols and reports for validation.
• Monitor GMP-compliant batch manufacturing and analyze results; ensure cost and timeline adherence.
• Contribute to drafting procedures, audits, inspections, and documentation.
