Job summary

Jce Biotechnology is seeking a mechanical design engineering technician in France to design and develop mechanical solutions, translating customer requirements into reliable, industrializable products for biotechnology environments.

You will create 3D models and technical drawings using SolidWorks, DraftSight and AutoCAD, build BOMs, and coordinate with purchasing. You will support workshop teams during launches to ensure on-time delivery within cost targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight).
• Experience in machining, sheet metal, pneumatics or air handling.
• Ability to design, optimize and industrialize mechanical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop industrial mechanical design solutions from needs analysis through to production.
• Produce 3D models and technical drawings using CAD tools.
• Lead supplier consultations in coordination with the purchasing department.
• Support workshop teams during product launches and ensure deadlines and costs are met.
