Job summary

Danone invites applications for a 6-month fermentation internship at the Global Research & Innovation Center in Gif-sur-Yvette, starting January 2027. You will conduct 2L bioreactor experiments, follow sampling protocols, and collaborate with analytical teams to translate process knowledge into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Willing to develop career in microbial fermentation process development.
• Ability to communicate in English & French.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and analyse 2L bioreactor experiments for microbial fermentation process development.
• Follow sampling, storage, processing, and analysis protocols to monitor process progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams to convert process knowledge into insights.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations documenting methods, results, and recommendations.
