NIIT in Toulouse, France, is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to oversee end-to-end learning operations and delivery of training programs across functions.

The role requires strong organization, stakeholder management, and bilingual communication in French and English, with LMS administration, planning, scheduling, and budget awareness.

You will work onsite, coordinate schedules, instructors, rooms, and resources, and build relationships with suppliers, instructors, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR, L&D, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in training coordination or learning operations.
• Experience administering LMS.
• Strong knowledge of training planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating virtual and classroom learning.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Work from the client's office as required.
• Coordinate training planning, scheduling, and LMS administration.
• Manage learner and instructor coordination and helpdesk support.
• Analyze training needs and develop annual training plans.
• Monitor budgets, funding opportunities, and vendor costs.
• Administer courses, enroll learners, track attendance, and report.
• Support OPCO work after training and certification as needed.
