NIIT is seeking a Training Operations coordinator in France (Meaulte) to manage day-to-day learning operations, including LMS administration, session planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination. You will support OPCO activities after training and ensure budgeting and reporting for the training plan.

The role requires coordinating sessions, instructors, and resources, while maintaining multilingual communication with stakeholders. Experience with NIIT platforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning operations or training program administration is preferred.
• Exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training budget management is desirable.
• Bilingual French/English communication is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day learning operations, including session planning, scheduling, LMS administration, learner and instructor coordination, and helpdesk support.
• Coordinate session scheduling, trainer allocation, room bookings, and resource planning to ensure seamless training delivery.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including session creation, learner enrollment, attendance management, and evaluation form processing.
• Analyse training needs and support the development and deployment of the annual Training Plan (PDC).
• Monitor and optimise training budgets, funding opportunities, and vendor costs.
• Maintain training catalogue with course creation and updates.
