Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years in training coordination, learning operations, or learning administration.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Strong knowledge of training planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating virtual and classroom-based learning programs.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training schedules and instructor allocation.
• Administer LMS: course creation, learner enrollment, attendance tracking, evaluations, and reporting.
• Manage training budgets, funding opportunities, and vendor costs.
• Support virtual instructor-led and classroom-based training delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with business teams, suppliers, instructors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and training metrics.
• Maintain regulatory training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate training activities across multiple teams and prioritize workload.
