Skyhigh Security is seeking a Technical Consultant (French & English) to maximize product value for our customers through deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization. The role focuses on leading adoption journeys, delivering training, and solving complex technical challenges in a hybrid work environment.

With 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles, you will leverage expertise in network and cloud security, SSE/SASE, and modern cloud platforms to drive successful outcomes and long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Tech Consultant, Solution Architect, TAM, Sales Engineer, or similar).
• Strong background in network and cloud security, SSE/SASE solutions, and related technologies.
• Experience with firewalls, proxies, CASB, DLP, ZTNA, and SWG.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers through product adoption, deployment, integration, and optimization.
• Deliver technical onboarding, training, and enablement for customer teams.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex issues.
• Lead workshops, drive best practices, and upskill customer teams.
• Collaborate with Success, Sales, and Product teams to align solutions with objectives.
• Document deployments and contribute to knowledge sharing.
