Kaluza is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist (12 Month Fixed-Term) in Paris. The role focuses on enabling clients and partners in French-speaking markets to master the platform and its AI features, through bilingual training materials and workshops, delivered virtually and in-person.

You will manage learning programs, partner with clients, and drive adoption to support the energy transition. Strong communication in FR/EN and agile delivery are key requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proven SaaS or tech training design and delivery experience.
• Strong project/programme management in multi-stakeholder environments; agile delivery a plus.
• Operational experience in energy sector operations or contact centres valued.
• Experience building training materials for AI features still in development.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical learning materials.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will be a key driver of our mission to reimagine energy and make net-zero a reality for everyone. As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will be the bridge between our innovative technology and the people who use it. You will empower our clients, partners, and colleagues in French-speaking markets to not only understand our platform but to master it - including the AI-powered capabilities we are continuously building and rolling out. Your work will directly accelerate Kaluza's growth by ensuring our users are confident, capable, and ready to support the energy transition.

Strategic Training & Programme Partnership:

Act as a trusted advisor to our clients, partners, and internal teams, performing deep learning needs analysis to understand their unique operational challenges. You'll manage your workstream with genuine project and programme management discipline - planning, sequencing and tracking delivery within complex, multi-stakeholder client programmes, ideally drawing on agile ways of working to stay responsive as scope evolves.

Content Creation & Delivery:

You will be the master of making the complex simple. You'll create high-quality, engaging training materials in both French and English, including interactive workshops, e-learning modules, and quick reference guides - translating not just today's platform, but AI features and products still in development, into training that's ready the moment they go live. You'll deliver these sessions virtually and in-person, inspiring your audience and building their confidence with every interaction.

Driving Adoption & Impact:

Your role is to accelerate the adoption of the Kaluza platform. You will provide post-training support and coaching, monitor the effectiveness of your programmes, and continuously iterate based on feedback and performance metrics. You'll ensure our training leads to real-world, positive change for our users and the energy industry.

About You

• Bilingual Fluency, to a high standard: You are fluent in both French and English, with outstanding written and spoken communication skills - essential for day-to-day stakeholder management across multiple countries, up to and including executive level.
• Operational & Technical SaaS Training Expertise: A proven track record designing and delivering training in a SaaS or technology environment, ideally with hands-on experience of operational or technical instructional training rather than generalist L&D delivery.
• Project & Programme Management Experience: Strong project and/or programme management experience gained within complex, multi-stakeholder environments; experience of agile delivery is a strong advantage.
• Operational Experience: Demonstrable experience gained within an operational environment - energy sector operations and/or contact centre settings are especially valued - giving you a first-hand understanding of the pressures and workflows your training needs to support.
• AI Fluency: Demonstrable experience building, productionalising, or delivering training on AI features and products while they are still in development, and genuine confidence working with AI tools as part of your own everyday practice.
• Simplification Master: You possess a natural ability to take complex technical and business concepts and translate them into clear, engaging, and practical learning materials.
• Engaging Facilitator: You are a confident and dynamic presenter, able to captivate diverse audiences and create a fun, interactive learning environment.
• Collaborative & Proactive: You are a team player who builds strong relationships and is proactive in identifying opportunities to support others and drive continuous improvement.
