Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage outbound distribution from our control tower to destination countries. You will communicate with sales, service teams, consignees, and carriers to ensure end-to-end flow and on-time delivery.

The role requires experience in logistics, strong Excel skills, and fluency in French and English. We offer an international environment, training opportunities, and a generous mobile-working option with good work-life

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound logistics and distribution processes.
• Proven client-facing service mindset and ability to collaborate with sales and service teams.
• Strong command of French and English (C1/C2 level).
• Ability to structure and prioritize workload effectively.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot tables).

Responsabilités

• Answer logistics-related questions from sales/service colleagues and customers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Process book-ins with customers and schedule on-time deliveries.
• Advise teams on logistics services to meet customer shipping requirements.
• Coordinate load planning with warehouse/factory and transport providers.
• Maintain status information with carriers via tracking systems and reports.
• Analyze OTTR file and lead weekly/monthly carrier meetings to improve on-time delivery.
• Identify return inquiries and process credits and claims with third-party logistics.
