Kardex Group is seeking a Solution Consultant (Bilingual: French & English) to join our AutoStore team. The role covers consulting support during the sales phase, discussions with customers to clarify requirements, data analysis of warehouse flows, and layout design with AutoStore as core.

Travel to customer sites is expected; the position offers onboarding and training at our Academy in Bellheim, and a competitive compensation package with bonus and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Consultant in intralogistics.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with customer orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style.
• Willingness to travel for customer workshops and on-site meetings.

Responsabilités

• Consulting support during the sales phase from acquisition to contract signing.
• Customer discussions to clarify logistical and operational requirements.
• Data analysis to assess warehouse and material flow processes.
• Layout and concept design with AutoStore as the core element.
• Identification of optimization potentials.
• Monitoring market trends and technological developments.
