BYD Europe in Beauvais, France, is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our dealer network across France and emerging markets. This hands-on role blends sales coordination, logistics and finance, ideal for someone who thrives on precision and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include processing orders, validating pricing and documents, coordinating shipments, issuing invoices, and generating reports. Fluent English and French are required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Fluent in French (mandatory).
• Fluent in Spanish is a strong plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Sales Order Support: process and validate dealer orders, allocate against stock, confirm delivery dates, and assist with carnet logistics.
• Sales Reporting: maintain order database and generate weekly dealer reports.
• Parts Support: follow up on parts requests, track activity, and arrange returns.
• Stock Optimization: monitor shipments and keep dealers informed.
• Finance: issue invoices, debit notes, send balance statements, and follow up on payments.
