Job summary

Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support existing customer accounts from our Paris hub. You will manage inbound requests, close expansions and renewals, qualify leads, and collaborate with Marketing to drive expansion and retention across all products.

You should be fluent in English and French, with a strong desire to build a career in Sales and the ability to learn new products and policies quickly. This is a full-time role based in Paris.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French languages.
• Desire to build a career in Sales, aiming for Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing.
• Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan.
• Manage inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method).
• Close targeted outbound account renewals.
• Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
• Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all products.
