Qonto is hiring a Banking Operations Juridical Officer for Central Europe to handle seizure, insolvency and account-closure cases, with human judgment for Dutch and German customers. You’ll join a six-person team in Paris or Berlin under Matthias.

Fluency in German and Dutch is required; English is comfortable, French is a bonus. You’ll write to authorities and lawyers, support the Customer Team, and help improve daily processes with AI tools.

Formación

• Fluent in German and Dutch, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Handle seizure, insolvency and inheritance cases requiring judgement, with a partner team handling routine registrations.
• Reply in writing to creditors, tax authorities, insolvency administrators and lawyers in Dutch and German.
• Support the Customer Team by answering escalated questions in writing, with no calls.
• Manage account closings and prepare circular letters for external auditors.
• Update daily processes and use AI tools where they save time.
