Financeroles in Paris, France, is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our hybrid team. The role requires proficient French and English, a strong accounting background, and the ability to work with SPVs and French companies.

You will collaborate with senior accountants and management to deliver statutory financial statements, VAT and tax filings, and management accounts while meeting tight deadlines in a growing environment.

Formación

• Bilingual French and English both spoken and written.
• 2+ years of accounting experience in an accounting firm or financial services.
• Solid understanding of technical accounting concepts and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain general ledger for SPVs and French subsidiaries.
• Post journal entries and maintain up-to-date accounting records.
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements under IFRS or French GAAP.
• Liaise with auditors and finalise audited statements by deadlines.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and VAT/ tax filings.
• Support process improvements within the accounting team.
• Gain familiarity with diverse investment structures and products.
