Job summary

Intertrust Group in Paris seeks an experienced accounting expert fluent in French and English to join our team. You will work with senior accountants to provide accounting and financial services for SPVs and French companies, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and compliance.

We offer a comprehensive role with exposure to IFRS and French GAAP, and potential for growth within a dynamic, international environment at CSC. Hybrid or remote work options are available where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of technical accounting knowledge.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain general ledger for new/existing clients (SPVs and French subsidiaries).
• Post journal entries and maintain accounting records for French companies.
• Prepare annual statutory financial statements under IFRS or French GAAP with notes/disclosures.
• Liaise with auditors to finalise audited financial statements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and client deliverables.
• Prepare and file VAT and Corporation Tax returns.
• Support process improvements and learn diverse investment structures.
• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects.
