A leading commercial real-estate advisory firm is seeking a Head of Finance & Accounting for its Paris office. You will oversee all finance operations, ensuring compliance with French and US GAAP while supporting local management with insights. We're looking for someone with 7-12 years of experience, CPA/DSCG qualifications, and fluency in English and French. This role offers a competitive package and the chance to build a finance function in a rapidly growing subsidiary.

Qualifications

• Around 7–12 years’ experience, combining Big 4 and corporate finance roles.
• Ability to strengthen internal controls, tools, and procedures.
• Experience in liaising with auditors and external advisors.

Responsabilités

• Lead all accounting and finance activities for the French entity.
• Deliver accurate and timely month-end closings.
• Ensure compliance with French GAAP and US GAAP standards.
• Coordinate group reporting and revenue recognition with HQ.
• Support local management with analysis and insights.

Connaissances

Fluent in English and French
