Job summary

Singulart is seeking an Artist Liaison Intern to actively reach out to artists, understand their needs, and help them maximize their experience on the platform. You will collaborate with Artist Success & Liaison teams and work with Product, Tech, and Sales to support artists throughout their journey.

Your role involves proactive outreach, relationship management, onboarding support, and contributing to retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, cold calling or a role involving a high volume of calls.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and German.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Sales mindset: initiating conversations and conveying value clearly.
• Resilience under pressure or rejection.
• Organizational skills: manage follow-ups and multiple artist interactions.
• People-first approach balancing empathy and professionalism.
• Proactive, solution-oriented with ability to act independently or seek support.
• Self-starter with team spirit.
• Tech-savvy: familiarity with CRM tools or email outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact artists by phone and email, including a high volume of outbound calls.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each artist’s situation and objectives.
• Communicate Singulart’s value clearly and tailor approach per artist.
