Job summary

Daze, an energy tech leader, is expanding in BeLux and seeks an Area Sales Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg. You will work primarily within your territory, visiting clients, and driving local growth.

You will be part of our French Team based in Paris and collaborate with the broader international team and HQ in Italy. Based in Belgium or Luxembourg, you will manage distributors, installers, EPCs, and partners, travel regularly and negotiate contracts to hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales, preferably in energy, photovoltaic or EV charging sectors.
• Deep knowledge of BeLux commercial dynamics and channels.
• Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
• Autonomy to manage the territory while staying connected to the Paris team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Identify new business opportunities in EV charging and photovoltaic sectors.
• Manage and develop a customer portfolio including distributors and installers.
• Build and maintain relationships with local customers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
• Monitor BeLux market, competition, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Paris team and marketing on leads and branding.
• Attend regional trade fairs and industry events.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on performance for regional management.
