Swan is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Banking Experience team. You will work on backend systems, APIs, and scalable services in a regulated environment, emphasizing clean architecture and maintainability.

You will collaborate with product teams, drive technical ownership, and contribute to high-quality software with CI/CD, observability, and performance improvements as the load grows. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years as a Software Developer with backend focus.
• Strong grasp of back-end systems and TypeScript proficiency.
• Experience in one of the following domains: payments, banking, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Technically responsible for one or more projects.
• Solve problems in a demanding IT domain with a reactive architecture.
• Collaborate with product teams to design the bank-by-API.
• Improve system performance under growing load.
• Ensure adherence to architecture rules and automated tests.
