Job summary

Swan is hiring a Software Engineer for the Banking Experience team in Paris. You will own one or more projects, collaborating with product to design the bank by API and improve system performance under growing load.

Experience in TypeScript, backend optimization, CI/CD, and distributed architectures is expected, plus fluent English and a willingness to learn and improve in a regulated, security‑conscious environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Software Developer with back-end focus and TypeScript.
• Strong backend optimization, observability, SQL queries and query optimization.
• CI/CD experience and exposure to distributed systems or microservices.

Responsibilities

• You will be technically responsible for one or more projects.
• You will design with the product team the bank by API.
• You will improve the performance of a system with a rapidly growing load.
• You will ensure the respect of the architecture rules and of the automated tests.
